Hello friends, I hope you've had a lovely summer!
I apologize for my unexplained absence. I injured my hip and back in early summer and I've been focusing on physical therapy and honestly, just making it through my work day. It's hard to start a new routine, especially one that hurts and demands a lot of your time. It's worthwhile, though, because I am starting to see the positive effects of my work.
I was hoping to get released at my last session so I was a little bummed out when the doctor ordered another round of therapy, but at the same time I'm grateful that I have access to it in the first place. I've learned a lot about the human body— how and why it moves the way that it does. But it appears my education is not finished yet, another 5 weeks it is!
I appreciate the emails checking in on me, thank you so much. It's very nice to know that I was missed. I'm endeavoring to get one newsletter out each month, unless there is something really wonderful you need to know about, something that can't wait until the following month.
