Air Strikes on Iran Make No Sense

The Long Memo

If I’m Iran, and Israel has been pounding my infrastructure, I’m moving everything critical underground—or out entirely. The second Bibi launched his first missile, Tehran likely flipped every countermeasure switch it had.

That’s what smart actors do. And contrary to Beltway arrogance, Iran isn’t dumb.

The White House gutted the NSC, sidelined professional analysts, and replaced functional decision-making with sycophantic loyalty tests.

Until we get BDA (battle damage assessment), this was just another expensive fireworks show with no proof of effectiveness.

All of these extreme temperatures were made more likely by climate change

Further south, in New York City, it’s 13.6°F hotter than normal. Over in Philly—where I live, pray for me—it’s 13.8°F hotter than normal. It’s 14.2°F hotter than normal in Detroit; 10.9°F hotter than normal in Chicago; and 9.6°F hotter than normal in Washington, D.C.
